At Ease Physiotherapy is a specialized physiotherapy practice in beautiful South Surrey, where we believe great care starts with taking the time to truly understand the person in front of us.
We look beyond the obvious. We connect the dots between systems, movement, past injuries and the way the body adapts. Our approach is integrative, whole-body and individualized—and our clinicians are curious, thoughtful and committed to continually expanding their skills.
We are growing our team and currently have full-time and part-time opportunities available for physiotherapists who want to practice this way.

We believe that meaningful physiotherapy requires time to listen, assess, treat, educate and develop a thoughtful plan. That's why all of our care is 1:1. There is no double-booking and no rushing between patients.
You'll have the space to actually practice the way you believe physiotherapy should be practiced.

You don't have to figure everything out on your own.
We have built a culture where clinicians can ask questions, share ideas, discuss challenging cases and learn from one another. We value curiosity over ego and believe that being an excellent clinician means staying open to learning.
Our mentorship is designed to support you wherever you are in your career—from developing your clinical reasoning to exploring new areas of practice and refining techniques you've already begun to learn.
You'll have opportunities for individual and group mentorship, case discussion and collaborative learning with clinicians who have experience across a range of specialties.
Keep growing your clinical skillset
Our team is passionate about continuing education. We work across a variety of areas, with opportunities to develop your own clinical interests.
You don't need to have experience in all of these areas. We're interested in clinicians who are curious, motivated and excited to develop their own areas of expertise.
