About Bilbo & Hannah
Bilbo and Hannah are our beloved clinic comfort team—though their attendance record leaves something to be desired. They don’t always show up to the clinic, so consider yourself lucky if they grace you with their presence during your visit! When they do decide to come to work, they bring warmth, joy, and a special kind of healing that no amount of education can teach.
Meet Bilbo
Bilbo is our resident nap enthusiast and Chief Comfort Officer. With his gentle demeanor and world-class snoring abilities, he brings a calming presence to the clinic. His treatment approach consists primarily of sleeping near you, occasionally opening one eye to check if you’re okay, and dispensing therapeutic puppy kisses to those in need. He’s never met a sunbeam he didn’t like or a treat he could refuse.
Meet Hannah
Hannah is our self-appointed Director of First Impressions and social butterfly extraordinaire. She has a mysterious sixth sense for knowing exactly which patients need extra attention—and which ones might have treats in their pockets. Hannah’s specialties include enthusiastic greetings, strategic tail wagging, and making everyone feel like the most important person in the room. Her bedside manner is impeccable, though her breath could use some work.
What They Do
When Bilbo and Hannah are at the clinic, you might find them providing comfort through quiet companionship (Bilbo) or not-so-quiet companionship (Hannah), offering emotional support during treatment sessions, conducting quality control on any snacks left unattended, and bringing smiles to brighten everyone’s day—whether you asked for it or not.
Their Philosophy
Sometimes the best medicine is a warm, furry friend who just wants to be near you (and maybe share your lunch). Bilbo and Hannah firmly believe that healing is about more than just physical treatment—it’s about feeling safe, comfortable, and having someone who’s genuinely excited to see you every single time, even if you just stepped out for two minutes.
Note: If you have allergies or prefer not to interact with our clinic dogs, please let us know - we’re happy to accommodate.
